EDC offers a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Workshop at the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) 2010 Convention in Toronto.

 This will be a process-oriented look at how the environmental and social requirements for various sources of capital for mining projects are integrated into due diligence and decision-making processes.

Suggested participants: environmental and social specialists, financial managers, mining sector consultants and other advisors responsible for preparing EIAs and SIAs. For more information and to register..

Maintenant en ligne: une introduction aux concepts de l'évaluation des incidences sur la santé (ÉIS) et un cours complet sur l'ÉIS des projets miniers. Gratuit en ligne avec tutorat et jusqu'à 25 crédits universitaires en formation continue de l'université Laval (Québec, Canada), avec l'appui des commandites de Santé Canada et de l'OMS pour les 240 premiers inscrits. Aussi gratuit de façon permanente, mais sans tutorat et sans crédits.
