Susan Ma, M.Sc. (Environmental Biology)
Susan Ma is currently a member of the OAIA board of directors, a member of the conference planning committee and the lead of its Education Liaison Committee.
Susan holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Biology from Queen’s University, with an expertise on the impacts of climate change and cumulative effects on water resources. She has diverse project management experience as an executive director and founder of Project Santa charity, a Special Events Coordinator of the Schizophrenia Society of Ontario, as well as an independent graphic/web developer. Recently she brings her project management skills to the field of environmental assessment as a consultant. Her most recent work involved the development of funding proposal for the Seine River First Nation community, which will assist the community’s participation in the environmental assessment process of the Hammond Gold Mine Project.
