Pam Foster, M.PL., MCIP, RPP, Treasurer,

Pam Foster is a Senior Project Planner at MMM Group in Markham with experience in public consultation, transportation and environmental planning. Pam has organized, managed and summarized a number of consultation sessions in both the public and private sectors, including national stakeholder dialogues, public consultations for environmental assessments, and other planning and special interest projects. Pam also leads and coordinates Municipal Class Environmental Assessments for infrastructure projects in Ontario.

Pam holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Queen’s University and an undergraduate degree in International Development from the University of Guelph. Pam is a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute.
Pam would like to see increased awareness of the OAIA and its activities among a variety of professions, as well as students. She would like to see the OAIA build its membership base through engaging EA practitioners in annual conferences and special events.
