enhance aquatic life, water quality and quantity, shorelines and
natural heritage in the watershed. This involves considerable
coordination with various ministries, agencies, municipalities,
businesses, non-government organizations and First Nations
partners.

continuous improvements to Ontario’s environmental assessment
and approvals programs and led business planning functions for
that branch. From 2004 to 2006 he managed the Environmental
Assessment Project Coordination Section of the branch, leading
the review of complex environmental assessments in Ontario.

strengthening OAIA through communications and modern technology.
